Nancy Dalton
CHAIR
Nancy Dalton is the Global Head of WW Ops Talent Acquisition (TA) Shared Services at Amazon, where she leads the strategy and execution efforts of Program Management, Lean Six Sigma, Assessment Technology and Learning and Development professionals across Europe and North America. Prior to joining WW Ops TA in February 2019, she served as the Global Head of Associate Learning and Performance in Amazon Selling Partner Support, where she was accountable for Training Delivery and Design, Learning Program Management and Diversity and Inclusion across the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific regions.
Preceding the start of her Amazon career in 2016, she spent over 20 years in Financial Services holding Executive roles at Fleet Credit Card Services, Bank of America and Barclays Bank. Nancy is recognized as a strategic thought leader with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives in the areas of Corporate Training, Quality Assurance, Customer Experience and Diversity. For the past six years, she has functioned as an Executive coach at the annual Diversity Women in Business conference, hosted by Diversity Woman magazine, coaching industry leaders in the areas of career development, global business management and leading change.
Her commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, led her to champion the launch of Employee Resource groups at Barclaycard US, serving as the Executive Sponsor for the Black Professional Forum and Co-Chair of the Women’s Initiative Network. Nancy’s passion for the colleague also extends to helping corporations deliver world-class Customer experiences. Her work in this space enabled Barclays to reach the #3 position in the J.D. Power and Associates Customer Satisfaction survey and clinch the Forrester Voice of the Customer Award.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Dynamics and is a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is also certified as a Prince 2 Project Management practitioner. Nancy is a member of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has served on the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau, Push for Women and now Positive Deposits, Inc.
Nancy chose to join the Positive Deposits Board of Directors to advance the advocacy and support of Cancer patients/survivors and their families. She knows the challenges that these families face all too well as she has personally witnessed several of her loved ones battle this disease. She is committed to unlocking the knowledge and resources necessary to ease the pain and suffering of those affected and position our society to find a cure.
